Name: Bella Fabiano
Based: Bristol, ME
Discipline: Hunter/Jumpers
In her own words:
"I began riding at the age of five and have spent my entire life immersed in the equestrian world. Growing up in New England, I competed extensively in the hunter/jumper and equitation rings, qualifying for IEA Nationals and bringing along my own backyard-broke pony to qualify for Pony Finals.
I completed my high school education remotely so I could fully commit to riding and training, and went on to work as a working student, groom, to then a professional rider at a variety of hunter/jumper, show jumping, and eventing programs throughout the East Coast—from Connecticut to Florida.
In 2020, I returned to Maine and founded Brightside, a program dedicated to developing both horses and riders in a positive, thoughtful, and effective environment.
Brightside works with a small selection of client-owned and leased horses, competing throughout New England, with a focus on helping each rider reach their individual goals while fostering confidence, horsemanship, and a genuine love for the sport."
